A conference is being held in Wellington this week to address scamming in New Zealand.
More than 103 million spam emails are sent around the world every minute, and Kiwis are losing up to $500 million annually by falling for them.
Fraud education manager at the Commission for Financial Capability, Bronwyn Groot, is looking to change how we see scams and is advocating for victims around the country.
