When The Project's Josh Thomson was invited to spend the night in a haunted theatre he was initially keen.
Takapuna's Pumphouse Theatre is reportedly haunted by the ghost of Peg Escott, a one-time North Shore playwright.
Thomson was tasked with spending a night alone in the theatre, and seemed keen, but then lost his nerve and so got Rhys Mathewson to go instead.
Rhys slept through the night undisturbed by the ghost.
