There's debate over whether certain types of swimwear shouldn't be worn in public places.
It comes after a woman was told her bikini was inappropriate to wear at Albany Stadium Pool on Auckland's North Shore.
The 26 year old, was using the adults only sauna and spa when a lifeguard pulled her aside and told her her Glassons bikini was inappropriate. She argued men are allowed to walk around in speedos.
What's more acceptable at a public pool? A bikini or Speedos?
