Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is expected to announce a cabinet reshuffle on Thursday.
Changes are expected to be minor but it raises questions over what Government Ministers have achieved and how many promises have been fulfilled.
There's divide over many major policies including Kiwibuild, the gun buy back scheme and Pharmac funding.
