Alex Macipe, 49, watched the king penguins as they returned from a rough day at sea off Volunteer Point, Falkland Islands, fishing to feed their young chick. The monochrome birds, who mate for life, unusually went out to hunt together - as normally one of the pair stays behind to take care of their offspring. The conservationist and writer claims to have never seen a pair hold hands like this couple who appear to be on a pleasant wander before staring back into the crashing waves. - SEE CATERS COPY
