The downsides to KiwiBuild 2.0

The Government's promise of building 100,000 houses in 10 years has been dropped, with the Housing Minister calling it "overly ambitious".

The changes come as part of the much-anticipated KiwiBuild reset, which also sees the policy shift towards shared equity and rent-to-buy schemes.

Property Apprentice's Debbie Roberts is less than impressed with the reset. She spoke to Duncan Garner.
