A new survey says Kiwi employers are willing to take innovative steps to attract and retain staff, including unlimited annual leave.
The Frog World of Work Survey found the majority of survey respondents said unlimited annual leave would be high on the list of benefits they would consider offering employees.
Other perks included unlimited budget for travel expenses, options for fertility treatments and Paw-turnity leave – time off to care for a pet.
