Getting a good night’s sleep, improves your mood, cuts your depression, helps you fight chronic disease, and more. So why is it that so many of us struggle to get the necessary 7-8 hours a night?

New research shows the hours you spend in bed does not matter as much as the quality of the sleep you are getting—your sleep efficiency.
