During alert levels 3 and 4 many breastfeeding support services across the country were cancelled.
This year has been a massive struggle for new mums trying to get support, and many are still choosing to stay away from large groups despite COVID-19 alert levels dropping.
So who can these mums turn to whilst staying safe and with services limited?
