Samoa's Fiame Naomi Mataʻafa says world leaders need to tell Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi he's 'way out of line'

The people of Samoa are still without a clear leader 51 days since going to the polls. 

Prime Minister-elect Fiame Naomi Mata'afa this week held an ad-hoc swearing-in ceremony under a tent after being locked outside of Parliament.

But Human Rights Protection Party leader Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi is still claiming power.
