Question of the Day: Does meditation work for you?

During the last few weeks of lockdown and changing Alert Levels, we've been encouraged by health professionals and wellness experts to slow down, breathe and reflect.

Not only is this good for our parasympathetic nervous system, but it also benefits our brain, our digestion and keeps us calm in a time where things haven't been so easy.
