Former New Zealand cricketer Chris Cairns is in trouble with a British judge after failing to turn up for a pre-trial hearing.
Cairns faces a perjury charge linked to a 2012 libel case over alleged match-fixing.
The hearing was to iron out any issues the legal team had ahead of the trial date, which has been set for October 5.
