Dragons backrower Trent Merrin has been handed a four-game ban after dangerously lifting and throwing Queensland's Corey Parker in New South Wales' 52-6 State of Origin loss.
Merrin took an early plea to the grade two throw but was still slapped with the one-month ban due to carry over points.
Trent Hodkinson, who was also involved in the tackle on Parker, received no charge.
Blues teammates James Tamou and Beau Scott have also both received one-match bans for a high tackle and dangerous throw respectively.
Tamou was put on report for a swinging arm on Warriors prop Jacob Lillyman while Scott will miss a match after a throw on Maroons skipper Cameron Smith.
