Curling rule changes attract top players

Some of the world's top curlers are in action in Naseby this week as part of the Winter Games.

The focus is on mixed doubles, which has been added to the programme for the 2018 Winter Olympics, and competitors are getting to grips with some new rules.

A new timing system is being trialled for the first time, along with new powerplays – just some of the changes aimed at making curling more TV-friendly.

The opportunity to test out the new rules has attracted some top international players.
