The Silver Ferns are taking a break today after playing five games in seven days at the Netball World Cup.
They claimed a 57-49 victory over Malawi last night but were tested both physically and on the scoreboard when the fifth-ranked side got within two goals of the Kiwis in the fourth quarter.
The Silver Ferns face Uganda tomorrow night but before they get back into the netball, Shannon Francois took 3 Sport reporter Ashlee Tulloch on a one-on-one tour around their team hotel.
