The Warriors are focused on Saturday's clash with the Dragons in Wellington, and not just the implications for them on the ladder.
But there's no doubting the result will play a big part in the outcome of their season.
They're not in must-win territory yet, but with only five games left in the season the Warriors know it's fast approaching.
A win over the Dragons would take them back into the top eight, but a loss could drop them as low as 11th.
And with games against the Panthers, Cowboys, Tigers and Bulldogs to close out the season, getting back into finals contention may not be easy.
