New Zealand cruiserweight boxing champion James Langton tried to get under Monty Betham's skin during a press conference today, five days out from their title fight in Auckland.
The 42-year-old from Opunake goaded Betham, saying he'd run away from him in the ring like his farm dog, with his tail between his legs. From there the banter continued with Betham saying: "like a farm do, you better get used to seeing that belt and taking all the pictures you can, because on November 3 it's gone."
Betham takes on Langton in the one of two title fights at the Super 8 at SkyCity on November 3.
