Robbie Deans has snubbed suggestions he is interested in the England coaching position.
The English tabloids are already speculating England's next coach after Stuart Lancaster failed to guide his team out of the pool stages of the Rugby World Cup.
"No, I have a coaching job," Deans said when asked if he'd consider the England job.
Deans, who currently coaches Japanese side Panasonic Wild Knights, went on to wish Lancaster all the best, sympathising that coaching isn't the most stable job industry.
"I wish Stuart Lancaster well. It's a brutal arena, I wish him well, and I think as rugby matures, I think there is a greater appreciation for experience that there used to be.
"Historically we tended to discard coaches when they're at the height of their learning."
He backed Lancaster to learn from the World Cup experience and come back stronger.
Deans is currently in France coaching the Classic All Blacks in their Jerry Collins' tribute match against Toulon.
