Israel 'the Style Bender' Adesanya has won the cruiserweight title at the Super 8 Fight Night at SkyCity in Auckland.
Adesanya beat Ekatahuna shepherd Lance Bryant by points decision after three rounds.
There appeared to be no love lost between the fighters at the beginning of the bout with a lengthy stare-down to begin the match.
Adesanya dropped Bryant in the final 10 seconds of the third round to seal the win, and promptly jumped up on the ropes to celebrate.
