Hawke's Bay United snatched a late 1-1 draw against Auckland City after a goalkeeping blunder from Jacob Spoonley.
The Auckland goalkeeper came racing out of his box to close down a long counter-attacking pass, but was dispossessed by Kohei Matsumoto, who lofted the ball into an empty net.
It was a tidy finish from the former Auckland City player, who still had to show plenty of composure after Spoonley's error.
The draw was a shock result for the hosts, after dominating possession and controlling the game.
"We knew if Hawke’s Bay were to score it would come from a little slip-up or a counter-attack," said Auckland coach Ramon Tribulietx.
"There were a couple of rebounds in that moment and they've managed to score. We had a lot of ball but maybe we didn’t create enough chances, that's the reality."
Micah Lea'alafa opened the scoring for Auckland in the 11th minute, but a resolute performance from United keeper Josh Hill kept Auckland at bay.
