It was far from a Good Friday for South Sydney, the Canterbury Bulldogs romping to a 42-12 demolition of the Rabbitohs at ANZ Stadium.
The Bulldogs came rampaging out of the blocks, running in six first half tries in a ruthless display to gallop to a 32-0 halftime lead and essentially kill off the contest.
The Bunnies rallied in the second stanza to produce two tries of their own but it was little consolation, the hosts managing one more before time expired to round out a dominant display.
