The end is in sight for the teams competing in the GODZone adventure race.
Refreshed after a three hour sleep overnight, race leaders Team Yealands were full steam ahead
But along the way there have been hairy moments, most notably on the water.
For safety reasons, today race organisers told the remaining teams that the rapids were off limits - they had to get off the river and then re-launch further down.
It was all part of an action packed last 24 hours which has seen the race tighten up.
And there,ll be no dawdling between now and the finish - which could be in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
