Scott Dixon will start on the fifth row of the grid for the Indy 500 after engine drama in qualifying.
The Target Ganassi team had to change Dixon's engine in a record time of under two hours before he qualified in 13th place for the famous race.
Canadian driver James Hinchcliffe, who nearly lost his life a year ago in a crash during practice, has qualified on pole for the famous race at the Brickyard.
Hinchcliffe was impaled by a suspension piece last year when his car careened into the wall during practice.
"I came into this month hoping we'd have a new story to talk about after what happened last year and I think we did it," Hinchcliffe said. "I can't believe it. I'm honestly at a loss for words. Which is rare for me."
