For many athletes, the Olympics are the ultimate dream.
Sometimes that dream began when they were very young, for others it was only when they realised they may actually have a chance of competing on sports biggest stage.
In this week's edition of our "Did You Know?" series – some of New Zealand's athletes, including Pole Vaulter Eliza McCartney, Shot Putter Jacko Gill, Sevens player Tim Mikkelson and Hockey player Kayla Whitelock tell us about when they dreamed of becoming an Olympian.
