The rival clubs might be circling, but in-demand Warrior Tuimoala Lolohea has finally set the record straight - he wants to stay "forever".

The 21 year old's been the centre of fierce debate on both sides of the Tasman after being left on the bench for 81 minutes in the Warriors 15-14 loss to Manly in Perth.

It sparked a strong response from Warriors fans on social media and led to Lolohea's agent claiming as many as 5 clubs were ready and willing for his signature.

The League Fix: Hot and cold shoulder

The Warriors themselves have fended off all suggestions they'd be prepared to let him out of the contract they have with him until 2018.

Now Lolohea's broken his silence on the club's website, stating "I'm loving it here at the club. I want to be here forever actually.

"I see this as my home and I'm fortunate to be here. I've been here since I was 15 and I just want to get back on the field and play some footy."

As for his current benching, when continues this weekend against the Raiders in Canberra, Lolohea remarked "I have been frustrated (with reduced game time recently) but at the end of the day Cappy (coach Andrew McFadden) makes the final decision," he said.

"I will get through this having a positive mind-set and I know I'm going to come out a better footy player."
