The Chiefs claimed their biggest ever win against the helpless Queensland Reds at Suncorp Stadium claiming a 50-5 victory.

The win was only the Chiefs fifth ever win in Queensland, a place they have really struggled in recently.

The Chiefs scored in the opening minute as Seta Tamanivalu dived over.

The Chiefs made the Reds pay off a mistake as Atunaisa Moli barged over to claim his first career try.

The Reds got one back as Chris Kuridrani scored after the home side built fifteen phases together.

The next ten minutes were a disaster for the home side as Lachlan Boshier crossed for the try. The try was reviewed by the TMO and as a result halfback Nick Frisby was sin-binned. In the minutes following the play, fullback Jack Tuttle was carded for tackling in the air.

Sam Cane and Seta Tamanivalu both crossed before the break to give the Chiefs a 33-5 lead.

Damian McKenzie scored a double in the second half and Nathan Harris added another to round off a remarkable performance.

The Chiefs travel to Dunedin to round off their Super Rugby Campaign with the Reds play the Rebels.
