Joey "Jaws" Chestnut has reclaimed competitive eating's greatest prize in dramatic and historic fashion, the 32-year-old scoffed down a record 70 hot dogs in 10 minutes to once again reign as the champion at the annual Fourth of July contest.

Chestnut's run of eight straight titles was ended by Matt Stonie in 2015, but this year Chestnut found redemption without regurgitation, setting a scorching pace that Stonie couldn't live with.
