How's this for a used car deal: 20 cars, only driven on weekends, costing a cool $11.4 billion dollars.

That's how much US-based Liberty Media are said to be paying for a controlling stake in Formula One.

But many are warning that those expensive cars will need some fixing.

It was another one-two for Mercedes at Sunday's Italian Grand Prix. The team has been victorious in all but one of this season's races.

The polite description is that F1 racing has got too predictable, another description would be boring.

With crowd numbers down and TV ratings falling, there are calls for a change, one which Liberty Media - owners of the Atlanta Braves baseball team - could be set to implement.
