Despite winning the biggest football match of the year, Ohio State coach Urban Meyer knows what is more important than the game, and that is his wife.
After coaching the Buckeyes to a 30-27 double overtime win over rivals Michigan in front of a record 110,084 fans, Meyer was about to begin the post-match press conference when his phone rang, and it was his wife.
Meyer answered the phone and told his wife that he was at the press conference and would call her back.
"It was my wife. She asked me to pick up a gallon of milk," said Meyer.
Nobody knows if that is exactly what his wife said or if Meyer was trolling Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh, who is a known to be a big milk drinker.
Or perhaps Meyer and his wife after planning to have a glass of milk to celebrate Ohio's victory, which sees them qualify for the College Football Playoffs.
It would not be the first time Ohio has taken shot at Michigan recently. Earlier in the month, Ohio State's marching band took a shot at Michigan with a marching routine showing them destroying the famous Michigan "M".
During the week at the Ohio State campus, players went around the grounds and put a red cross over any Ms they saw around the ground, and they did the same on their Twitter page.
