Blackcaps big-hitter Colin Munro will not feature in the Big Bash League final on Saturday.
Munro played his part in getting the Sydney Sixers into the final against the Perth Scorchers, scoring 23 from 11 balls in the semi-final as his side eventually downed the Brisbane Heat in a deciding super-over.
However, under New Zealand Cricket's agreement with its players, international players are not permitted to travel the day before a Blackcaps match.
Munro will likely feature for New Zealand against Australia on Monday at Eden Park, and with the final taking place in Perth on Saturday he wouldn't be free to fly back home until Sunday.
