Veteran Wallabies star Adam Ashley-Cooper is probably regretting his decision to take on the 'Get Out Challenge'.
The 32-year-old is currently plying his trade with Bordeaux in French Club Rugby but will be sitting on the sidelines for some weeks after suffering a leg injury the latest social media viral trend.
The challenge involves running directly at the camera before suddenly changing direction, spawned from hit indie horror film Get Out.
It all went wrong at the crucial time for the 116 Test capped Australian; as he attempted to side-step the camera, Cooper suffered a hamstring injury and ended up in the treatment room.
