Video: Obstacle racing becoming popular sport in New Zealand

Crawling through the mud under barbwire, scaling three metre high walls, and carrying 35-kilogram sand bags, sounds like something out of an army training camp right?

Well, this extreme form of exercise is no longer just for soldiers. 

"Obstacle racing" is a new sport growing in popularity around the world, including here in New Zealand.

Kristina Eddy went to find out what attracts people to this gruelling form of competition.
