American boxer Dominic Breazeale's put his hand up to fight Joseph Parker for his WBO heavyweight belt in Auckland on May 6.
Duco Events need to find a top-15 ranked fighter to replace Hughie Fury after the British boxer pulled out of the bout due to a suspicious back injury.
Breazeale's ranked sixth by the WBO, and has taken to social media saying: "I'll go to New Zealand. Send the contract, I'll sign it right now."
The Californian's record is 18-1 with his only loss coming against Brit Anthony Joshua in London last June.
It would be a dangerous fight for Parker to accept considering he would have spent a significant amount of time preparing to fight a fighter of Fury's style. Breazeale also is an established and experienced campaigner in the heavyweight division.
