The Warriors are searching for answers after blowing a 22-point lead against the Penrith Panthers on Saturday.
The Auckland-based club took a 28-6 lead into halftime, but they crumbled in the second half to eventually lose 36-28 at Pepper Stadium, to surfer their worst losing collapse in the clubs history.
Penrith has not been a happy hunting ground for the Warriors over the years, with their last win at Pepper Stadium happening in 2012.
Captain Roger Tuivasa-Sheck had a tough match at the back, and admitted post game that trying to get the players into a good head space was difficult.
"It was tough mentally, trying to get the boys back into it, trying to forget about the quick tries and get back into what we're doing," the 23-year-old said.
"But [it was the] the same thing.
"It's frustrating because we're all out there saying the right things - we just couldn't deliver on the actions."
Meanwhile, Warriors head coach coach Stephen Kearny was understandably disappointed with the loss but told RadioLIVE's Sunday Sport that fans should not judge the team based off that second half.
"We got ourselves out to a good lead in the first half but couldn't extend the momentum in the second half," said Kearney.
"We have made some real progress over the last month and to have that defined by 33 minutes of football is off.
The Warriors have been a team of two halves this season. In 10 matches they have scored 128 points in the first half, but have only scored 46 in the second.
Kearney admitted to Jim Kayes and John Day that the team is working on getting a balance right.
"It is up to me to find those answers."
"We had a couple of games earlier on against Parramatta and Gold Coast where we did not start well but finished off well.
"It is making sure we get a balance of getting it right for eighty minutes."
Warriors centre Solomone Kata hobbled off in the second half against the Panthers, but Kearney said he is a chance of being fit for the Warriors next match against the St George Illawarra Dragons at FMG Stadium in Hamilton.
