80mins: Crusaders just playing for time now, the hooter sounds and they send it into touch. A great game of footy.
79mins: Blues are not going to die wondering and look to attack well within their own 22m. Rieko beats one, beats two more and he's away! He's up over halfway but Havili makes a try-saving tackle around the ankles to turn the ball over.
77mins: Mo'unga could be in for the try! He's denied by the TMO after he decided he'd knocked on in his attempted dive over the line. Was a great lead up as the first-five kick through for himself, got the bounce, but the cover defence of Papalii saves the day.
75mins: Crusaders making in roads up the middle but Papalii shows great strength to win the turnover and the penalty at the breakdown. He's been impressive.
73mins: Blues look to break out from their own 22m but Moulds' offload is lost and Bridge has it. Ref calls it back for the scrum.
71mins: Another poor execution at the lineout means the Blues will have the scrum. They've not been clinical at all this half.
69mins: Papalii is harshly penalised at the breakdown on halfway. Looked to have rights to the ball but ref disagrees. Mo'unga finds touch around right on the 22m for the lineout.
67mins: Crusaders win the lineout on halfway and look to drive. Drummond puts up the box kick and Nanai takes it well and beats one before Ruru clears. Hunt looks to counter and he's in space! He's near the 22m but the pass is knocked on.
65mins: BLUES TRY - COLLINS: Rieko Ioane gets it with space ahead of him, he beats Mataele on the outside, draws in the last defender and gives it Collins on his inside who races away 20 metres to score the try. Take a bow Rieko!
63mins: Crusaders try the shove but the concede the free-kick and Leger clears. Havili looks to counter and just like that, the visitors are near the Blues 22m. Blues win the turnover and Nanai is up over halfway with it.
61mins: The throw's not straight and the Blues breathe a sigh of relief. They'll have a scrum.
59mins: Havili take a good low grab from the drop out and the Crusaders are already up over halfway. Mo'unga again shows great hands but the next pass it patted back by Ioane. Todd wins the penalty at the breakdown. They opt for the lineout.
57mins: Now the Crusaders scrum we're used to shows their head as they demolish the Blues pack. It's inside the Blues half so Mo'unga will have another shot at goal...but it's away to the left.
55mins: SBW tries the grubber but Bridge gets back to clean up and the Crusaders clear. Blues get it back and Collins makes half a break, but a support player knocks it on to end a promising passage of play.
53mins: Crusaders opting to keep it tight, taking it up the middle through their forwards. They're just five metres out after a number of strong runs. SBW makes a great spot tackle on Goodhue but he didn't roll away and he's penalised. Mo'unga to line up a shot at goal right in front...and he nails it.
51mins: Pulu tries the box kick but it's charged and the Blues knock on trying to re-gather the loose ball. Crusaders have the scrum just outside the Blues 22m.
49mins: BLUES TRY - IOANE: Blues looking to take it up through their forwards and they're just a couple of metres out from the try line. They go left where they have numbers, Collins shows quick hands to find Rieko Ioane who finishes well to score in the corner.
47mins: There's potential foul play on Strange. We're going to have a look upstairs. Blues were unable to make use of the advantage. Strange picked up and dropped Kaino and it certainly went above the horizontal. He's shown the yellow card!
45mins: Crockett is penalised again at the scrum and Perofeta finds touch for a lineout just five metres out. Crusaders been surprisingly average at the scrum.
43mins: Strange looks to steal the Blues lineout ball but knocks in doing so and the Blues will have the scrum inside the Crusaders 22m. Great attacking platform.
41mins: We're back underway and immediately there's space for Havili after Perofeta's kick can only find the fullback's hands. He tries the offload but turns it over.
HALFTIME: BLUES 12 - 29 CRUSADERS: Crusaders just way too strong for the Blues at the moment. They're drive has been unstoppable, and every time they look to maul, they look certain to score. The Blues have relied on the individual brilliance of Rieko Ioane and SBW, but it hasn't been enough.
40mins: CRUSADERS TRY - HALL: Strange wins the lineout ball and they march forward! They're just five metres out, Hall sees space on his left, breaks away, throws the dummy and dives over for the try. The former Blues halfback coming back to haunt his former side.
40mins: Bridge concedes the penalty from the kick-off after he impeded at the Blues' maul. Blues will have the lineout on halfway for possibly one last chance to hit back. Nevermind, Manu is offside and Mo'unga finds touch inside the Blues 22m for the lineout.
39mins: BLUES TRY - IOANE: Perofeta finds SBW with a great ball and the second-five is open space! There's defenders closing in on him, he pops the ball over the top to Rieko Ioane who dives over with three tacklers on him to score the try.
37mins: Leger delays his pass perfectly to Parsons and the hooker's through a gaping hole! He gives it to Pulu but he forces the grubber kick and the Crusaders get it back before clearing.
35mins: Blues win the scrum on halfway and look to attack through Perofeta. Todd tries to steal it at the breakdown but is penalised. Perofeta finds touch around the 'Saders 22m for the lineout.
33mins: CRUSADERS TRY - TODD: Strange gets up to win the lineout, the Blues decide against attacking the drive to try and stop it but the lock never transfered it back until they were up over the line and Todd is the one that comes up with the try.
31mins: Taufua gets up to take in Taylor's throw. The Crusaders try the drive and force another penalty. We'll have another lineout, and one would think, another maul.
29mins: Parsons' throw is stolen and the Crusaders look to counter through Bridge and they're up over halfway. Mataele is tackled high and the Mo'unga finds touch for the lineout just five metres out.
27mins: Blues in great field position just 10 metres out from the lineout win but knock on and the Crusaders will have the put in. Duffie's gone off for a check up, he fell pretty hard.
25mins: Duffie is taken out in the air we'll have a look upstairs. He collided with Mataele but it looks as if it was a fair contest. Just unlucky there. Common sense prevails and we continue.
23mins: CRUSADERS TRY - STRANGE: This time the Blues scrum holds up but the Crusaders look to break away. They're just a metre out. Strange picks it up at the base and burrows his way over for the try. Easy as you like.
21mins: Crusaders put the pressre on at the scrum and win the penalty. Too easy. We'll pack down again. Blues guilty of illegally wheeling.
19mins: Bridge is free down the left wing, gives it to Hall on his inside who's tackled inside the Blues 22m. Mo'unga tries the cross kick knowing they got the penality advantage but it goes dead. We'll have a scrum. Just in, Crotty's gone off and won't be returning after failing his concussion test.
17mins: Hall tries the clearance but it doesn't go far and the Blues have the lineout just in front of the visitors' 10m. Blues turn it over and the Crusaders kick downfield before Duffie fires it back to Havili to counter.
15mins: Crusaders win the lineout and Papali'i infringes at the breakdown straight in front of the goal posts. Mo'unga will have a shot at goal...and easy as you like, he nails it.
13mins: Hall puts a grubber through for Mataele to chase but his boot just touched the sideline and we'll come back for the lineout.
11mins: Crusaders win the lineout and begin to drive around halfway. Bridge gets it, sees space ahead and kicks ahead for himself to chase but the ball beats everyone over the dead ball line.
9mins: BLUES TRY - DUFFIE: Rieko gets the pass on the left wing with a bit of space ahead, takes on Tamanivalu and Havili on the outside, draws them in before firing the pass on his inside to Duffie who brushes one off to score the try.
7mins: Blues keeping it tight before Perofeta's chip over the top is gathered in by Goodhue. Mo'unga kick is charged and Nanai's first to it.
5mins: Hall's kick is well taken in by Duffie and the Blues look to hit back around halfway. It's messy but SBW cleans up and Pulu puts up the box kick before Mo'unga returns it.
3mins: CRUSADERS TRY - BRIDGE: Havili somehow finds Mo'unga with an offload at halfway who shows brilliant hands to hold on, gives to Goodhue on his left wing, puts the grubber through with nobody home and Bridge dives on it for the try.
1mins: Mo'unga gets us started and SBW takes it in before Pulu clears and conditions already playing its part as Havili drops it.
7:30pm: We're just about underway. Hopefully the weather doesn't put a damper on the game too much and we get to see some running rugby.
7:25pm: You'd have the think the All Blacks squad's already been finalised in the mind of Hansen and co. But there's certainly more to play for tonight for some.
7:23pm: The Blues haven't won at Eden Park this season. It doesn't get any easier tonight as they take on the defending champions.
7:20pm: So, not the best of conditions here in Auckland. It's been raining pretty heavy all afternoon and it hasn't really let up. But nonetheless, it should be a game of immense intensity between two historic rivals.
