Joseph Parker's promoter David Higgins believes he's found a weakness in the Kiwi's next opponent, Dillian Whyte.

Parker and Whyte will square off at London's O2 Arena on July 29 (NZ time) in what will be the Kiwi's first outing since losing his WBO belt to Anthony Joshua in April.

Thirty-year-old Whyte is well-known for having a temper. The Jamaican-born Brit lost it against Anthony  Joshua back in 2015. It appeared Joshua hit Whyte after the bell at the end of the first round, which caused ' The Body Snatcher' to react and try jump over the referee to punch his foe back.

It took several minutes for Whyte's entourage to calm him down before the fight resumed. The bout ended with a seventh-round KO to Joshua.

Higgins is confident that if Whyte fighter doesn't control his emotions, it will benefit Parker.

"Whyte doesn't hold his temper as well as Parker," he told Sky Sports UK.  "Whyte is a guy that struggles to control his emotions and could fly into a rage quite easily. That isn't going to help him in the ring, being hot-headed and having a tendency to take undue risks.

"The beauty of this is that Whyte is a risk-taker. He will look for the knockout and will take risks to get it, which means there will be openings for Joseph to put him down.

"If they're trading, Joseph has a better chin and faster hands."

Whyte and Parker each have just one defeat on their records - both lost to Joshua.

The winner of this bout will be in a prime position to challenge either Joshua or Deontay Wilder in a future heavyweight title fight.
