The All Blacks Sevens have survived a major scare in their World Cup quarter-final against France in San Francisco on Sunday (NZ time).
The defending champions beat the French 12-7, after trailing at the break.
France dominated the first half and led 7-0 at the break after New Zealand had three payers sin-binned for separate incidents.
Kurt Baker and Joe Ravouvou both scored in the second half to secure the win.
The All Blacks Sevens will play Fiji in the Championship semi-final at 8:02am on Monday.
Fiji slaughtered Argentina 43-7 in their quarter-final.
Meanwhile, the Blacks Ferns Sevens will face France in the women's final after coming from behind to beat the USA in their semi-final.
New Zealand trailed 14-7 in the first half but fought back to come away with a 26-21 win.
The final will take place at 2:47pm.
