Super Rugby: Joe Moody in, Wyatt Crockett for Crusaders semi-final against Hurricanes

The Crusaders have made just one change to the run-on side for Saturday's Super Rugby semi-final against the Hurricanes in Christchurch.

Joe Moody will return from injury to start at loosehead prop, meaning there's no room for fellow All Black Wyatt Crockett.

"Joe's come back after that knee injury and it was just something that took a couple of weeks to come right," said coach Scott Robertson.

"He trained well last week and was nearly [ready to] play, so we gave him another week and he's good to go.

"Obviously, Wyatt Crockett being named 202 times [for the Crusaders] and with Tim Perry probably playing his best game in the jersey last week, it was a tough call for us."

Tim Perry shifts to the bench in a squad otherwise unchanged from the one that beat the Sharks in the quarter-final.

Crusaders: David Havili, Seta Tamanivalu, Jack Goodhue, Ryan Crotty, George Bridge, Richie Mo'unga, Bryn Hall, Kieran Read, Matt Todd, Jordan Taufua, Sam Whitelock (capt), Scott Barrett, Owen Franks, Codie Taylor, Joe Moody.

Reserves: Andrew Makalio, Tim Perry, Michael Alaalatoa, Luke Romano, Pete Samu, Mitchell Drummond, Mitchell Hunt, Braydon Ennor.
