Avert your eyes, men, this is not for the faint hearted.
UFC fighter Bryce Mitchell is no stranger to 'drilling' during training, but nothing like his most recent encounter with the power tool itself.
The undefeated featherweight suffered a torn scrotum, after an incident during some home renovations, where he accidentally set off a drill in his pants.
Then he was forced to switch the drill into reverse in order to untangle his "nutsack".
In case you haven't squirmed enough, the 23-year-old from Arkansas later posted a picture of his blood-stained boxer shorts.
Mitchell featured in the most recent series of The Ultimate Fighter reality TV show as part of dual-division champion Daniel Cormier's team, where he lost in the semi-final stage of the tournament.
At the show's finale in Las Vegas - headlined by New Zealand's Israel Adesanya - he earned a unanimous decision win over Tyler Diamond.
But not all was lost for Mitchell, with an underwear company taking notice of his bizarre predicament and coming to his aid with a rescue package.
