All Blacks Beauden Barrett and Brodie Retallick are among the four short-listed finalists for the 2018 International Rugby Players Try of the Year.
But a Kiwi in Scottish colours may be the frontrunner for the coveted prize to be announced at the World Rugby Awards on November 25.
Both the All Blacks tries were scored during New Zealand's resounding 38-13 win over Australia at Sydney's ANZ Stadium in August.

Barrett's was a length-of-the-field effort that began with supersub Damian McKenzie splitting the Wallabies defence just a few metres from his own goal-line. Anton Leinert-Brown and Ben Smith both make ground, before Barrett dodges the last defender to cross in the right corner.
Retallick began his own try, stealing the ball in the breakdown just outside the 22. Barrett makes big metres, Jack Goodhue and Smith feature prominently, before the giant lock sells a giant dummy to wing Waisake Naholo to run the ball in himself - outrageous skill from the big man.
But they're up against two tries from the Six Nations, including one from NZ-born Scottish winger Sean Maitland, who finishes off a five-pointer in the corner against England.
The fourth short-listed try is scored by Ireland number eight CJ Stander, also against England.
