All Blacks: Sonny Bill Williams tackles daddy-daycare duties between tours

All Blacks star Sonny Bill Williams may just be counting the days until the national team embarks on its looming Northern Hemisphere tour.

The national rugby team are enjoying a couple of weeks' break between their Rugby Championship triumph and facing the Wallabies in their third Bledisloe Cup clash in Tokyo later this month.

But if his social media posts are any gauge, Williams may be finding daddy-daycare duties just as daunting as tackling the Springboks.

He and wife Alana have taken the tribe to Mt Maunganui for a few days' R&R, but the rugby/league/boxing champion clearly has his hands full.

"When you're a day into the fam trip & reality sets in," he laments on Instagram. "I know all you parents out there feel me."

Luckily, they're not all his and he gets to give most of them back at the end of the day.

All Blacks coach Steven Hansen will name his extended 51-man All Blacks squad for the trip to Japan and Europe on Monday.
