Steven Adams has had a below-par game, as his Oklahoma City Thunder side lost their fourth straight game to remain winless for the season.
The big Kiwi managed 12 points in 32 minutes of their 101-95 loss to the Boston Celtics. He wasn't his normal dominant self on the boards, collecting six rebounds, including three on the offensive end.
The Thunder got out to an early 11-2 lead, with All-Star forward Paul George having the hot hand in the first quarter.
In a low scoring first-half, the Thunder lead 50-34 at the break, with Adams having six points and four rebounds.

The visitors came out of the locker-room firing, scoring 40 points in the third quarter alone, led by veteran centre Al Horford, who hit three of Boston’s seven three-pointers in the quarter.
While the Celtics kept the hot hand shooting, the Thunder struggled from behind the arc, shooting 25 percent from long distance for the game.
The Celtics came from 16 points down to hand OKC their worst start to a season in more than a decade.
Despite Adams' poor game, teammate George said the centre has a lot of untapped potential. “I think he could be a 20-10 guy," he says. “I think Steve can be one of the best scoring bigs in the league.”
“He's special for us.”
