A Major League baseballer's made a real "balls up" during an exhibition game in Nagoya, Japan.
Rookie of the Year Ronald Acuna Jr was facing a pitcher from the Japan All Stars and while he made contact with the ball, the ball made contact with him.
Acuna Jr hit the foul ball directly into the dirt, only for it to spin up and strike him right in the nether regions.
Fortunately he made a full recovery and saw out the rest of his at bat and the game, even homering in the eighth inning for the MLB All Stars' lone run in the 4-1 defeat.
