A video has emerged of Aussie Rules star Jack Watts sniffing white powder from a woman's breast.

The footage was taken at Oktoberfest in Munich last October, and is the second scandal to hit the player in the past few months.

Last year text messages sent from the Port Adelaide player's phone referenced sex, drugs and strippers.

Watts' manager Paul Connors issued a statement saying the white powder was called Wiesn Pulver, a product he said was widely used at the famous beer festival.

"It's not cocaine," Connors told The Herald Sun.

Port Adelaide issued a statement that said they were aware of the issue:

"Watts has informed the club that the video was taken at Oktoberfest in Munich last October and the substance featured is Wiesn Pulver, a legal substance made up of menthol, sugar and glucose. The AFL is aware of the matter.

"Based on the information at hand the club will not be making any further comment at this stage."
