Biography
Woakes was part of the England side that failed to progress to the 2015 Cricket World Cup semi-finals, with loses to Australia, New Zealand and Bangladesh.
His high score of 95 not out against Sri Lanka in 2016 was the highest ODI score ever by a number-eight batsman or lower. He was named Man of the Match in the tie.
