Was originally selected for Australia as a leg spinner, but developed into a specialist batsman, batting at three or four. He was named ICC Cricketer of the Year in 2015 and Test Player of the Year in 2015, 17.

Was Australia's highest runscorer during their triumphant World Cup campaign, scoring 402 runs at an average of 67, including a century and four fifties.
