NBA: Jeremy Lamb drills insane three-point buzzer beater for Charlotte Hornets

Jeremy Lamb's desperation 48-foot three-pointer at the buzzer has given the visiting Charlotte Hornets a 115-114 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

After the Raptors trailed by 14 points less than a minute into the fourth quarter, Kawhi Leonard gave them the lead with 45 seconds left, but the Hornets had one big play left in them to pinch a third consecutive win.

With 3.1 seconds on the clock, Raptors big man Pascal Siakam knocked an in-bound pass away from Lamb, who chased the ball into the backcourt before launching the winning shot.

It was a ridiculous 'Hail Mary' effort from inside his own half that saw nothing but net as the ball splashed through the basket.

The win lifts the Hornets to within two games of a Eastern Conference playoff spot while the Raptors fall four games behind the Bucks for top spot.
