NRL 2019: Warriors resist changes for Manly Sea Eagles clash

Stephen Kearney has decided against changing his squad despite the Warriors hefty loss against the Wests Tigers.

Coach Kearney has named the same side that ran on against the Tigers at Campbelltown last weekend, with Issac Luke taking the number nine jersey vacated by the injured Nathaniel Roache.

The clash with Manly will be held at Christchurch's AMI Stadium, a home game for the Sea Eagles as was the case at the same venue in 2018.

Kearney was not on a pleasant mood following the humbling 34-6 loss on Sunday night, questioning the commitment of his players.

The former Kiwis coach wondered out loud if his squad had taken the Tigers lightly given the Warriors outstanding performance against the Bulldogs a week prior.

But Kearney has given the squad an opportunity to redeem themselves, opting against change, although prop Sam Lisone is likely to miss the match due to suspension for a crusher tackle.

Manly arrive in New Zealand winless after struggling to impress against the Tigers and South Sydney Rabbitohs in the opening two rounds.

The loss against the Tigers dropped the Warriors to eighth spot on points differential.
