Netball: Dominant Central Pulse still not satisfied

The Central Pulse will look to maintain their 100 percent start to the ANZ Premiership season when they travel to face the Southern Steel in Dunedin tonight

The Wellington-based side have proved unstoppable in 2019 - winning seven straight to sit comfortably on the top of the table.

But the team aren't satisfied with just winning.

Unbeaten and winning games by an average of 13 goals, the Pulse are reaching for new heights..

"We're looking to continuously improve and strive for some semblance of perfection," said coach Yvette McClausand-Durie.

McClausand-Durie's casting her eye beyond the wins column to something bigger..

"Winning and getting three points is important from a Premiership perspective, but equally, one of our goals is to make sure our players are better and that they're evolving and that they're ready for other opportunities that come their way."
