Football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo accidentally clobbered his son and girlfriend with the Serie A trophy during Juventus' trophy presentation on Monday (NZT).
Ronaldo was posing for photographs with eldest son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez and mother Dolores Aveiro.
Ronaldo absentmindedly first hit his son above his right eye, before accidentally hitting his girlfriend on her chest.
A stunned Ronaldo Jr took the heavier of the blows and received immediate care from his fast-acting grandmother, while Rodriguez casually brushed it off with nothing more than an amused smirk.
Ronaldo escaped the incident without being shown a yellow card.
Juventus won their eighth straight Serie A crown in head coach Massimiliano Allegri's final season with the club.
